We’re exploring the famous Newport Beach Wedge Outer Jetty all the way to the end and beyond ! Along the jetty, we’ll experience kelp patches, sea stars, many varieties of fish, jelly fish, harbor seals and much more. Towards the end and very bottom, we’ll experience lobsters, corals, sea cucumbers, nudibranches and many beauitful fish.

Then we’re adventuring all the way to the Newport Harbor entrance ocean buoy. 150 yards out in the ocean past the end of the jetty, we’ll swim with several sea lions in the open ocean.

We’re exploring beautiful Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar from the Jetty, along the shore to the cliffs and tide pools. Along the jetty, we’ll see many soft corals, garibaldis, blacksmith chromis, lobsters, spider crabs and even a sea lion pup sleeping on the rocks.

Along the shore, we’ll explore about 50 yards out and 18’ down. We’ll come across moon jellyfish, an eccentric sand dollar field, nudi branches and an cormorant diving for food. Last we explore below the cliffs to the shallow tide pools. This area is filled with sea grass, kelp patches, algae among many smaller fish and beautiful views

We’re exploring the famous inner Wedge Jetty of Newport Beach, California ! in this episode, we explore from the inner Harbor Entrance all the way to the end and all the way to the bottom ! We’ll experience the local sea life up close including Garibaldis, Surfperch, Salema Porgy Sea Breams, Blue Crabs, Black Sea Hares, Nudibranches, Sponges along with fields of Eel Sea Grass, Algae and Kelp !

The entire inner harbor entrance is extremely interesting and amazingly filled with life. From the along the jetty rocks to the inner sea grass and towards the outer entrance, each area is diverse with unique sea life.

We’re exploring Little Corona Del Mar of Newport Beach, California ! from along the cliffs and shore reefs, through the tide pools, algae and kelp to land mark Arch Rock. Along the way we experience the local sea life including Garibaldis, Walleye Surfperch, Salema Porgy Sea Breams, Ochre Sea Star, Sponges along with fields of Eel Sea Grass, Algae and Kelp !

The area between Little Corona Del Mar Beach and Arch Rock is interesting and beautiful, especially the tide pools. Here you get to see a variety of underwater terrain ranging from sandy bottoms, rocky, shore reefs, fields of sea grass, algae and kelp.
