“I feel more at home under water than on land. I cherish the beauty, peace, calm, chaos, savagery, resilience, silence, symbiosis and cohesiveness of the ocean. The diversity of life and the ecosystems within ecosystems. The ocean changed my life by helping me change the way I treat the ocean and earth in general. It’s easy to be indifferent or even cruel to something you can’t see. But when you get under the waves and you are part of the ocean community and spend enough time in it to be recognized and even embraced by some of the creatures living in it, it changes you. You begin to take that into account in your daily life in many different ways.”

“My favorite places to dive are the Florida Keys and the Caribbean. Because I live in the Florida Keys, the Caribbean is right next door. They are both incredibly beautiful with alot of diverse dive locations. I’m PADI open water certified with over 10,000 dives experience. I dive for a living by making custom videos for snorkelers and scuba divers in the Florida Keys. I also sell photos and videos for local businesses to display.”
